    Product Return, Replacement, and Refund

    • The buyer must investigate collectively the merchandise at the time of delivery for quality and accurate quantity. Product replacement will be considered only when there is a damage or significant defect on the delivered items.
    • BrickWale ensures the quality of items during the delivery along with a satisfactory check on the external surface for travel safety. We encourage the buyers to never acknowledge any item containing damaged or tempered packaging.
    • Product return will not proceed without our assessment and will be sent back to the client. In that case, we will not be able to commence the requested replacement.
    • We intend to make the substitution process convenient as long as it meets our requirements. Also, buyers are required to share pictures of broken, damaged, or mistakenly delivered products to process the refund/replacement procedure.
    • Products must be sent back in their unique packaging along with the earlier sticker prices, marks, documentations, etc. in a clean condition. All the items must specifically be UNUSED.
    • BrickWale should be informed within the first 48 hours of delivery about the damaged or incomplete order. All the buyers are recommended to get in touch with the customer support team of brickwale.com at (email id) or call at (number) between (timings).
    • Buyers should not respond to any return, refund, or replacement follow-up unless they make any correspondence with BrickWale customer support as per the suggested mode of communication.
    • Refund will be considered by BrickWale in the following cases: a) BrickWale is not ready to provide the requested items. b) The replacement for the requested items is not available. c) The merchant fails to deliver the item within the timeframe on the website.

    Request Cancellation and Refund

    Loading and unloading processes can result in broken or damaged bricks. Refund is applicable only on purchases in which more than 8% of Awal bricks and 15% of Naram Awal & other types of bricks are broken or damaged. Buyers are not entitled to a refund in other respects.

    Customers are suggested to review the quality of the bricks at the time of delivery. A customer is entitled to a refund/replacement only till the transporter stays on the delivery site. (In case of order return, you will need to pay the loading/unloading fee.) You can’t claim any refunds or brick replacement after the transporter has left the delivery location.

    • Buyers can request cancellation on the items just before it is dispatched from our end. However, the requested sum will be deducted as a credit amount that buyers can use later at their convenience.
    • Once the buyer initiates a cancellation request on an order, it will take us a minimum of 1-2 working days to review the request. The buyers are entitled to a credit note after the cancellation has been processed.
    • The company does not support the cancellation once the item is dispatched from our end. In case, the buyer is willing to make a change in the placed order before it is dispatched from the suppliers’ side, the request will be regenerated to avoid any discrepancies in the future.
    • If a buyer chooses to cross out a few things from the order, this form of cancellation will not be considered for any discounts. We will create a new request post-cancellation and the remaining amount will be added as a credit note that buyers can use for future purchases.
