    Membership Eligibility & Account Obligations

    The use of this website as a buyer, manufacturer, transporter, and trader is available only to the users who are eligible to form a contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Anyone under the age of 18 years cannot register, place an order, or make any transactions on the website, specifically in the absence of a parent or a legal guardian. BrickWale is entitled to terminate your registration/access as a user in case of a breach of this regulation.

    While using our website as a buyer, manufacturer, transporter, and trader, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your details including the user name and password. You will also be responsible for all the activities taking place under your display name and password. By using our website, you agree that all the details submitted during registration are complete and accurate. BrickWale holds the right to cancel or terminate your use on the website, in case we find any of the information untrue.

    Terms of Service for Brick Manufacturers

    • Once the order has been confirmed by the manufacturers for assigned delivery; they cannot reassign, subcontract, cancel, or transfer the purchase order without informing BrickWale. In case they are unable to fulfill the order on schedule, they can speak with the BrickWale representative.
    • Brick manufacturers must verify the quality and quantity of bricks before dispatching the order. Manufacturers must ensure the proper loading and tie-down of the delivery while handing over the order to the transporter. Also, the invoice shall not be processed for a date earlier than the time of actual delivery.
    • By confirming the purchase order, brick manufacturers warrant that the said order will be free from defects and in the exact same quantity as described on the portal. To avoid any potential miscommunication during the purchase, brick manufacturers must provide clear information of the product including the title, description, and pricing.
    • Brick manufacturers must make sure that the purchase order is in compliance with the laws and regulations relating to the manufacturing and exportation of goods within the specified locations. No refund, replacement, cancellation, or substitution will be made by the brick manufacturer without informing BrickWale.

    Terms of Service for Transporters

    • The transporter is responsible for any cash received by the driver at the site from the customer. It is the transporter’s responsibility to deposit the cash collected to BrickWale bank account or nearest brickWale cash collection center.
    • The Transporters must check that he receives the full specified quantity of bricks from the brick kiln. It’s their duty to deliver the specified quantity to the customer. Any loss due to a shortage in the number of bricks at the customer’s end will be borne by the transporter.
    • Payment terms – as decided on case-by-cases.
    • The transporter should deliver the bricks at a specified time.
    • A transporter is supposed to get the bricks counted to the customer and get the customer’s signature on the receipt/mobile that states the exact delivery of the specified bricks.
    • As per the billing cycle, payment for deliveries completed between the 1st & 15th of the month will be made on the 20th. Payment for deliveries between 15th to 30th will be scheduled for the 5th day of the next month. BrickWale will not be responsible for the delay in the payment due to holidays or other potential reasons.
    • Transporters are advised to complete the delivery within the assigned timeline. Any kind of delay in the delivery may result in penalties and a downfall in the ratings.

    Terms of Service for Traders

    • BrickWale serves as an independent portal for traders where they can browse the complete list of brick manufacturers, the address of the brick kilns, and the availability of different varieties of bricks in their state.
    • Traders will be responsible for all the operations, including communication with the manufacturers, quality inspection, and delivery to the designated location. BrickWale is not subject to any concern related to the bad quality of bricks, order cancellation, refund, replacement, transportation, etc.
